• All market exhibitors will be required to attend 1 MAYS educational meeting, join 4-H and participate in 1 4-H meetings, or complete the YQCA course and show proof of certification.  YQCA can be found at yqcaprogram.org  Completed by July  20, 2025.  

• Educational credit must be completed by 3rd Saturday in July.  If completing YQCA, completed certification must be mailed or emailed by 3rd Saturday in July.
